Who's responsible for what, now?

The following picture was brought to my attention late last night.  It's making its rounds throughout the beloved series of tubes we call "the Internet," and I obtained it through a Facebook post via Monsters Militia.

Irony at its best.

This picture raises a few questions in my mind.

Does BP read their own signs or take their own advice?

Clearly the person who took this picture isn't a fan of the oil spill or BP, so why does it look like they're filling up their gigantic RV there?

If I spilled my gas at a BP, would it be acceptable if I told them I might have it taken care of by fall 2010?

Why are there no other people parked or walking around a gas station with at least 19 pumps?

If gas got spilled, would it be overkill to call the cleanup efforts "Top Kill"?

If it is, then what would you call the cleanup efforts for one, maybe two gallons of spilled gas?  Mediocre Kill?  Tiny Kill?

I need to go now.  My brain hurts.

I've said too much, so I'll let you take it from here.
